TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before making a purchase from Wayne Tile Company.  By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with the terms outlined on this page:

• Variation in shade is inherent to ceramic, porcelain, and marble tiles.  

• Use constitutes acceptance, please inspect all materials prior to installation.
• No allowances made after installation.
• Returns accepted with 20% handling charge within 30 days of purchase.
• All returned items must be in full, unopened cartons in good condition.
• No returns accepted on marble, natural stone, or glass products.
• No returns on Special Orders or Outlet Center Sales.

• We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, variations may occur, and we reserve the right to make changes without prior notice.
• Colors and textures of tiles may appear differently on screens; we recommend requesting samples for accurate representation.
• It is always best to take some time and visit one of our stores in person.  We would love to have the opportunity to talk through your project and discuss the pros and cons of using different materials.  We feel this is the best way to avoid any issues or disapointments with your project.
• Please review the order confirmation and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.  The earlier an issue is addressed, the easier it will be to resolve.

• Our LTL Shipping, Delivery, and Return Policies are outlined separately on our website. Refer to those policies for more details.
• We will do our best to accomodate all order cancelation requests.  However, there may be a return handling fee charged for orders canceled after they have been prepared by our warehouse.  Tile orders almost always involve many items of heavy materials.
• Wayne Tile Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.  Customers are advised to review the terms before makign a purchase.  Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the terms and conditions.
• We ask that all customers carefully review their tile order at the time of pick up or delivery.  Prior to installation, we have a range of options to help solve any probelm that may arise.
